End Thoughts

Open Awareness examined how garment design can facilitate presence through material choice and construction. I focused on natural fibers, softened structure, and sensory-focused wearability to create pieces that support bodily awareness and ease.

This project reinforced my interest in prioritizing feel and flow over excess detail. Looking ahead, I’m exploring how adaptive cuts and sustainable finishes can extend this approach across diverse body types and settings.
