Creative Process

Once you’re booked in, you’ll receive a clear outline of what to expect, step-by-step. Most services begin with a moodboard or direction-setting phase, followed by design, strategy, and refinements. Every project is collaborative and intentionally paced to support quality and alignment.

Payment Terms

Specific payment info is included with each service. For anything over $500, payment plans are available and will be outlined in your proposal. All payments are made securely online, and your project start date is confirmed once first payment is received.

Timelines

General timelines are listed with each package or offering. Your official start date and delivery schedule will be confirmed in your onboarding email or contract. If anything shifts, you’ll be notified early. We keep communication honest and transparent.

Communication Style

Most communication happens via email and video call. We keep things respectful, flexible, and always aim for clarity without overwhelm.

Deliverables

You’ll receive clearly labeled final files in accessible formats (PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.). If editable or source files are needed, they’ll be noted in your package or discussed beforehand.

Revisions

Each service includes at least one round of refinements, more if listed. We’ll guide you through how to share feedback clearly and make sure there’s space to get it right. Additional revisions can be added if needed.

Working Together

You’ll be supported with structure, care, and clear boundaries- whether you’re booking a quick session or a full-scale package. We keep things easy to follow, with plenty of space for your input along the way.
